South Island Branch Christmas Party

Our Christmas party returns to St. Mary’s Church hall on Friday, December 12, 2025. This will be a catered affair with a cash bar (beer, wine and pop). There will be door prizes, a gift exchange (details below) and the presentation of our annual awards. Dinner details are listed below.

The dinner cost will be $50/person. You may register and pay using the following methods:

• Pay in person at the November meetings.
• Pay online using PayPal or a credit card* using this form. To use this method of payment, you do not need to log in to the website; you are required to submit only your name and email address and proceed to the payment process; it is very easy and secure. You will receive an email confirming your reservation.

  *If paying by credit card, you will also need to supply your phone number.

• Pay by Interac transfer to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Please add your full name in the comment section.

• Mail a cheque (payable to ‘Old English Car Club SIB’) to: Richard Neville, 1706 Kingsberry Cres., Victoria, BC,  V8P 2A7.

• Please advise us if you require a gluten-free or vegan meal; check that option on the link in the online form,  or indicate that in the comment section of the Interac transfer 

The reservation and payment deadline is Friday, December 5. We must advise the caterer of the number attending by this date.

Event Date and Time: Friday, December 12, 2025. 6:00 pm for cocktails, dinner at 7:00 pm.

Place: St Mary’s Church Hall, 1973 Cultra Avenue, Saanichton, BC.

Dinner Details:  Salads (Waldorf, Caesar, Fusilli Pasta), Assorted Breads, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Honey-Glazed Carrots, Brussels sprouts, Traditional Sausage Stuffing, Chef-Carved Turkey with Gravy and Cranberry Sauce, Baked Dinner Ham with Honey Mustard Glaze, Butternut Squash Tortellini (vegetarian). Assorted Holiday Cookies and Squares, Tea and coffee.

For those wishing to participate in the gift exchange: please bring a wrapped gift with a maximum value of $15. A draw ticket will be given to each person bringing a gift, and draws will be made throughout the evening.
